Away V Kingsburians Lost 2-1 (Cup Game)
Chaos theory dictates that if a butterfly flaps its wings in Brazil it will have a ripple effect in Europe.
Well a butterfly was a flapping in the favelas on Saturday morning as meeting up on time was yet again a chaotic affair.
Our captain had decided the meet venue was in Palmers Green train station car park. This prompted many players to turn up without cars as they thought they were getting a train to Kingsbury. Little did the team know that the car park is actually a favoured venue of our captain and his late night g@y dogging exploits.
Mckevitt was the only player to turn up on time and this was despite his phone being stolen the night before in Luckys by an international cartel of wig manufacturers for his contacts list.
Catman ambled along but only after a couple of refresher pints in the Herring.
Jamie then showed up with impeccably polished shoes and went straight to the top of the class.
Half an hour after the meet time John O Brien Jr rocked up looking like he was auditioning to be the token white guy in JLS. As if his ludicrous boots weren't bad enough he then dumped his bag and said he was off to get a frapachino and a croissant! Catman had to be restrained at this metrosexu@l event by O Brien - truly one of the darkest days in the clubs history.
Before we had time to recover, Jamie and Catman were spotted behind some industrial bins with their lads out - you couldn't make it up.
Pete Johnsomn finally arrived but lowered the tone even further by doing a handbrake turn in the car park whilst blaring out Daniel O'Donnell tunes, on putting our bags in the boot we saw a puppy and a couple of packets of Haribo.
Finally Ruane pulled into the car park 45mins late only to crash into a bike stand a the stench of one of his own beer farts rendered him unconscious.
The Donegal lads continued their fine form of never being on time for a game and the fact that their van was seen rocking from side to side on a verge off the A41 is purely circumstantial.
As with last week we switched off in the last minuteand lost 2-1. McKevitt scored a Carlos Alberto World Cup 70 goal but to no avail.
MOM - was Micky
Tom Barrett/ Chris Harrington/Tom Mullarkey watch - no shows again this week. They are currently in Austria looking after George Michael in his pneumonia scare. They are keeping George alive by constantly producing seaman to be fed into his IV drip.
Trigger's Corner - no report this week. Trigg is off auditioning for Care Bears the live action movie. Trigg is hoping to be cast as retard bear.
